Today, was my condo association's annual termite inspection and when I let the inspection guy inside my house to do the inspection, I think he might have seen my PS3 when he was entering the stairway to my basement.

Maybe I'm paranoid (I recently had a FedEx package containing memory stolen -- I think it was stolen by contractors working next door) but my mind is imagining scenario's where the guy notifies his buddies that my home has a PS3 and they break-in when I'm not home to take it and other stuff.

So they would rather risk getting caught over your ps3 than more high priced items? Yeah sure . . .lol

Its a ps3 not a mercedes dude.

I'd advise buying a shotgun... oh wait, it might want to shoot you too. Better not go for it :p

I suggest moving as soon as possible and getting licensed as a termite inspector yourself to prevent such occurrences in the future.

He already has a set of master keys for your condo. The only solution is fire.

Actually, I live in a townhouse styled condo so I don't think there are master keys.

So, I guess I shouldn't be too worried? A PS3 isn't considered a hot item to steal like a GPS in a car?

he is probably laughing at you with his other "gangsta termite thug" friends about how you got ripped off for buying a PS3.

You couldn't give me a PS3, much less tempt me to steal one. Not until they release some goddam games for it, anyway.

Aside from that, he's a termite inspector, and that's pure blue-collar trade work man. Those guys make plenty decent bank. You know employed people can buy stuff, right?

I've seen 'em do it.

Are you really typing these words?

The only reason I worry about things like that is because around here:

Carpenter/Plumber/Electrician/Handyman etc. : Yes sir, it will cost you around three thou...
*notices big-ass TV and big-ass speakers*
Carpenter/Plumber/Electrician/Handyman etc. : four thousand nine-ninety-nine.
