Crap... I just got alfredo sauce all over my keyboard.

I cleaned a keyboard with rubbing alcohol once. I think I spilled white wine on it, but I don't really remember. After you get all of the gunk off you can try cleaning it with that (I dont' know if it matters whether its 70 percent or higher, but just to be safe you may want to try 90 percent or higher.) I think the dishwasher would probably render your keyboard inoperable, but I've never tried it so if someone has and it didn't destroy the keyboard that might work.

You could always try peeing on it too.

disassemble and put it in the dishwasher. Dont run the drying cycle though otherwise your house/apt. will smell like hell for weeks 😉
