"Bought but never used" - that's why there's thermal paste all over the chip, right?

And is that a P4, or a P3? There's no heatspreader on there. Either it's a mobile P4, which won't work in most desktop mobos, or it's an even older chip.

Either way, it's a ripoff.

Just thought some CL stupidity might amuse some people.

I think it's just worded poorly. He bought it, but never used it himself is what I think he meant. IOWs, he's not saying it is New/Unused, just never used by him.
