I have aset almost exactly like that. To be honest, I got it because of the toolbax it came with. The set I used to carry in my truck made tons of noise as I drove and I figured that would be better with the blow molded case.
Noise wise, it was a win. 75-80% quieter. However, the toolbox itself was a pain to open. You had to really tug on the drawers to get one open, and doing so would make the sockets fly all over when it opened. I took the drawers out and modified the detents so it would be easier to open. Then it alright. However, durring the winder I noticed another problem. The drawers do not have weep or drain holes. Durring the winter snow had blown into the bedbox in my truck, and worked its way into the toolbox. The snow then melted in the box. The water had nowhere to go, so the sockets all rusted from sitting in water for 4 months before I found the problem. I was able to clean up the sockets on my buffer and got the rust off, but it was still a pain. In other words, don't put te toolbox where it could get wet
I love Craftsman BTW. Best bang for the buck by far. Are they the best? Nope. That distinction is for Snap-On among others. However, the Craftsman set is ~$100 the Snap-On is $350. Same warranty, roughly the same streanth. Snap on is usually polished so it looks better, but that makes it harder to hold on t with greasy hands. Make your own decision, but it is Craftsman for me, and odds are, it is the best for you.
