When I check temperature in CPUZ hardware monitor it shows 45 degree and at the same time, real temp is showing it as 50 degree. Which of these software is more accurate?

The latest of each show the same readings.

I have the latest version of both of them running side by side and there is a difference of around 5 degrees, with Real Temp showing the higher one.

Funny guys :)

I think you will not find descent answer to your question here. I don't think anyone here knows which one is more accurate unless someone tried measuring temperatures with fancy IR laser temp meters.

If i were you, i would consider the higher temp.

The temperature is all derived from TJmax, which most people say it is between 95-105 depending on your CPU.. so.. we don't know if it is accurate or not.

Which processor (CPU) are you using? If not AMD, is it a Penryn 45nm Wolfdale or Yorkfield?
