CPUs limiting GPUs

I think I have enough money to go 4200+ and two 1900XT's instead of 3800. I don't think 4200 will be limiting anything much, especially if I slightly overclock it.

since the price difference is pretty small between the 3800 and 4200, go it with the 2 x1900xts (don't forget to make sure you get the 1 that is the crossfie master, not sure if you know this or not, but it is not like sli where you just need 2 cards that are the same, the crossfire ones are different)
 
If you can afford it, just get a better video card period. Those CPUS are plenty fast in them selves, overclocking them will most definately remove any question of them being a bottleneck. A better video card will always be more useful than a fast CPU if you're gaming. The only time you'd have to worry about bottlenecks is when you're running a really old CPU from like 2002.
