Cpu-Z not showing dual channel

So I have 2x4gb Ripjaws 9-9-9-24 2N (1600mhz, G.SKILL Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) and its in the same color slots on my mobo (Extreme 4). I would assume Cpuz should read dual channel but its reading as single. Can someone explain or am I missing a setting Im suppose to enable? I have all the power saving options turned ON.
