CPU-Z Memory Speed?

I have DDR3 at 1333Mhz as reported by my BIOS (Actually my bios says: Memory Frequency(Mhz) 1066 1333. Not sure what the 1066 means but the 1333 part is right. However in CPU-Z its reported as 666 which is half of 1333 but I have DDR3 Ram not DDR2. Guess I'm missing something

666X2=1333

Double data rate

2=double

Just kidding, memory is still double data rate (ddr) they are just on third revision. Even original ddr doubled speeds
