cpu-z incorrect

I just built a new computer last night with an e6750. The multiplyer is set to 8 in the bios and fsb at 343 (about 2.7ghz.) But when I run cpu-z is says the multiplyer is 6 and fsb is 333.

Also, what should my ram be reading. I'm not in front of my computer right now so i don't exactly remember what the screen looked like but it was something along the lines of the ram on the left said 233 and the ram on the right said 400mhz. I'll edit this when i get home to the exact readings but for now does anyone see a problem with this?

In the bios there is a setting which throttles the CPU multiplier when the system is idle and thus cpu-z says it's 6 when you look at it on your desktop. Did you overclock your fsb to 343? I don't know why it should be any more than 333 if you haven't changed anything.

The multiplier dropping to 6 (and the Vcore is dropping as well) is the C1E function. Your speed and Vcore are dropped to save power. If you set C1E to disabled your multiplier will remain at 8.
As for ram, the "left" and "right" readings are your SPD values. The BIOS will set your ram's timings to those values when ram base freq (DDR2MHz/2) reaches that level.
