I like a lot of the smart improvements in win7. However, my core usage on my processor isn't very high in the task manager, yet it's at full speed and max stock voltage. I don't think it should have my processor at full speed if it isn't being utilized, and even at that speed, my processor is completely stable with less voltage.
I used crystalcpuid with vista- good way to get a three tier voltage+multiplier control.
It's be nice is someone knows of something built in (with a gui) in win7 to facilitate what I'd like.
