CPU Usage is always at 100%, from moment computer starts...

It's my friend's computer. His system is like

amd 2100+
768mb DDR ram
8RDA+
120GB HD
ti4200 64mb

It's always at 100% and really slow. He has 31 processes running and they're sorta similar to mine. Does anyone know why it's always at 100%? He's not running anything intensive. Even at standstill, it's @ 100...

Check your DMA on your hard drive as well in device manager.

Yep.. definitly do a whole system scan for viruses... if no viruses.. then something is definitly wrong yes... im sure about it! Id reinstall O/S.
