CPU Usage 100%?

I fold, and It's been going great, except for the fact that my CPU usage goes up to 100%! *I can still run other programs and play games, but at higher overclocks, I dont' doubt that I get some instability... anyone have any how that may happen, and what I can do to change that?

I thought F@H is supposed to load the CPU to 100%.

Your CPU usage is should be at 100% unless you specificly set it to use less than 100%..and it also low priority, so if you are running other programs, it will give them priority over F@H, so it's not really hurting your perfromance any either.
