cpu upgrade question

Would it be worth it to upgrade a XP2700 cpu to a XP3200 Barton cpu, would i see much of an increase playing games? Im running 1GB of 2700 ram so the the higher FSB of the barton would really come into play. im trying to get a little more out of my system before i do a full rebuild.
 
use bios. dont raise voltages unless you can bump fsb any higher, and even then you should try all other options forst(ex. agp lock on, ram timings looser, oh man i need sleep post tommorow)
