CPU Upgrade DV6000

I am looking to upgrade the cpu in my laptop and am wondering if I can replace the current T1350 with a T7300. The mobo is a Quanta BB30 w/i945GM chipset. It's a HP DV6000. If the 7300 won't work , what's the best chip I can replace the 1350 with?
