cpu to ram ratio

If i don't want to overclock my 6600, is there anyway to change my cpu to ram ratio so that i can take full potential of my ram?

at stock speeds the 6600 fsb is at 266mhz

the 6600's mulitplier is 9x. (266x9= 2394mhz)

266mhz x 2= 533mhz for ram. This is ofcourse at 1:1

my question is, can i set it to 2:3, or even 1:2 (which would be 1066mhz ram speed)

my ram is rated at 1ghz, so this is why i want to take more advantage of it, considering im only using it at about half its speed.

ok. i ran cpuz, and it says the ratio is at 4:5 already. is this a good speed? im sure i can get more out of my ram...

Gosh. Ratio of FSB:Ram is so much easier to understand than LDT / some messed up ratio computed from CPU:HTT ratio and throw in some ceil() or floor() rounding with my DFI board. Then the odd divisor corrector. LoL.

BTW, what model is your RAM? You could try a 1:1 ratio if you wanted... but I don't know if it could handle it.
