Cpu, timings, mem

i forget who posted it but someone put the order you should try to get in ocing, and i couldn't find it when searching through the threads
i know the CPU was first, then wasn't sure if the timings were more important or the frequency of the ram

this is with a C2D E6600 at 3.4

You should always set your RAM to high timings, so you can find out how fast it will run. Then, once you've got that figured out, you can start tightening (lowering) your timings.
