CPU that can give me 30 fps + in Planet Coaster with 5000 to 8000 + guests

I am really curious which CPU that is. I wish it was a budget CPU but I know right now it won't be. That is if any CPU can even do this right now. I could be wrong.
 
If all the guests are being rendered, it will need to be an Intel CPU; xLake CPUs are better at processing draw calls (~20% faster IIRC) than AMD's Ryzen CPUs.

What have you got now, and how well does it do? I haven't seen any Planet Coaster benchmarks . . .
