CPU Temps

The idle and load temperatures of any CPU depend majorly on several factors:

Case airflow - If your case has NO airflow whatsoever then the CPU will be hotter than otherwise given a cirtain HSF

Other hardware - EG. If a graphics card is chucking out a lot of heat, since heat rises it can cause a CPU to run slightly hotter (in theory)
