CPU Temperature?

Just built my first computer, a budget one, and the temperatures don't look quite right. Would like to know from veteran builders if something is wrong. Everything is at stock settings, no OC attempted yet.
Mobo: Gigabyte DS3
CPU: E6300
Video: 7300GT
Mem: 2x512 DDR2 677Mhz Geil 4-4-4-12

I've read around in the cpu section and checked the intel spec page, so I'm a little concerned about the temperature readings.
Idle Temps:
CoreTemp: 53 degrees C
TAT: 53 degrees C
EasyTune: 43 degrees C

100% Load
CoreTemp: 67 degrees C
TAT: 67 degrees C
EasyTune: 52 degrees C
