Its not too high as such, since the tjmax is 95 or 100C.

Maybe you should try and clean it from dust.

What load is the CPU running at during this use? From the tiny green box next to the temperature, I'm guessing close to 100%? If so, I'd say that's quite normal. Have you cleaned out the heatsink of the laptop recently? If not, dust build up might be increasing temperatures quite a lot. Get a can of compressed air and blow it clean.

thanks Valantar; i actually did clean and did the CPU Heat sink paste compound ,
also i used Core Temp software before and temperature was not that high,
this HP DV-5 always was high and the fan is most the times running high special on Video Streaming. i checked temp on just browsing 60 degrees
