CPU Temp

I have a custom built system, my CPU temp is 86ºF, MB Temp is 77ºF.
Are these normal temperatures?
I am using the following:

NZXT Mesh Mid Tower
ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 Motherboard AMD RD9x0 Chipset
AMD FX-8350 Vishera 8 core 4.2 Processor 125w
32 gig Kingston DDR3 PC3-12800 (800MHz) Memory
AMD Radeon R9-270 2 gig Graphics Card
Black Widow 850 watt Power Supply
3 x 1TB Western Digital SATA Drives
2 x LG Blu-Ray 14x Burners

64 Freeze Pro CPU Cooler
2 x Top Fans
2 Graphics Card Fans
2 Power Supply Fans
1 Rear Panel Fan
1 Side Panel Fan
Kingwin Multi Card reader w/USB 3

Windows 8.1 Pro 64

It is typical to report CPU temperatures in Celcius with two values. The first value is when the CPU is idling looking at your desktop. The second value is when the CPU is fully loaded with a program like OCCT. If you don't know what OCCT is, Google it, download it, and report back with the loaded temperature.

My CPU went to 131º and the motherboard was 89º!

You're fine. Those are really good temps, actually. Also, again, Celsius is preferred for this.

EDIT: Actually... What were you using to load the CPU?
