I turned my new system on for the first time last night and the CPU was idling at 48ºC. Considering my specs, doesn't this seem kind of high? Other people with this fan on the reviews on Newegg are idling in the 20s or 30s. I haven't really cleaned up the cable clutter yet but I don't really think that would make this big of a difference. I used the thermal paste that came with the Venus 12 and used a very thin layer. I have 2 80mm fans in the front of the case sucking air in and one 80mm fan in the back pushing air out. Any suggestions on what to do?

Forgot to mention that I'm using the auto temp setting on the Venus 12, so it's regulating its own fan speed. When I saw 48 degrees it was at 2200-2400 rpm (this fan has a max of 5500 rpm, I believe).
