CPU temp question

So I just built a new system with an E3110. AC freezer 7 pro in a p182. Got it up and running yesterday and everything seemed fine. played cod4 for about 2 hours no problems. Today i just decided to check the temp. Core temp reports core 0 @ 50c, and core 1 @ 34c. Real temp 2.24 has one core @ 40c and another @ 24c. Are these safe temps, and why is one core so much higher than the other? Only thing i'm running is firefox and IM.
