CPU Temp Problem

I have a Prescott 3.2GHz cooled by a Zalman Alcu cooler. My problem is that Motherboard Monitor says the CPU temp is 72C, while Everest says it is 32C. I'm not sure which one to believe. Anyone have any ideas?
 
What does it say in BIOS?
I use Everest (even though they discontinued it) on this and my 2nd machine. On this
PC, it works fine. But on my 2nd one (an older AMD socket A rig) it hops and skips all over the place. On the 2nd machine, I just go to the BIOS to get an accurate read.
