I have a pentium 2 350mhz processor, and have a program called CPUSpeed, which just rated my CPU @418.2mhz, the rest of the time it rated @ 349.3mhz. Can someone tell me why it has just rated it @ 418.2mhz (it also rated it @368.9mhz and 401.2mhz). I lowed my L2 cache to 1. is this why?
