cpu speed setting?

if i manually adjust my cpu vore, then it gives me the option to adjust the cpu speed. however, the highest setting is 2000mhz. I'm running a 64 3000@2.15. how does this work out, or is that cpu speed related to my overall FSB speed, which would be 1720?

these BIOS settings can be tricky...
