CPU Score on 3DMark03

Please help. I have been steadily overclocking my Barton 2500+ computer for a few weeks now, and have reached 2270mhz rock solid with over 48 hours of Prime95 testing. What I don't get is...why am I getting such low scores when I run 3DMark03? I used to get 640-650 range when it was running at 2200mhz, but it has jumped down to 400-450 range! I tried going back to 2200mhz, but it stays at 400-450 range. Did I screw something up? I did reinstall windows 2000 yesterday, because I accidentally installed a windows component (netshare or something), that I couldn't figure out how to take off, but I installed everything back exactly the way it was before hand.

Are you using the same graphics drivers? Are AA/AF disabled?

What card are you using?
How are you overclocking... FSB or multiplier?

Yes. Cat 3.9, on my ATi AIW 9700 Pro. I don't think you can disable, or able AA in the free version, can you? I am overclocking by increasing the FSB. I am up to 206.
