CPU running hot?

My cpu is running at a temp of about 43 deg C and under no load. The ambiant air is whatever the temp outside Norcross, GA is right now. is this temp bad? i have a 1.4 athlon and use a thermaltake 6cu+. it uses a 7k fan and i find that temp to be pretty high. Any help would be apprciated. dont' want to burnout my brand new comp.
