CPU RMA Response Time?

I FedEx'd my old CPU to them last Monday te 14th and I haven't even heard anything from them regarding the package.

Should I expect a longer wait?

usually they will process it the day your package arrives, but they may send back priority mail or fed ex ground back....I would expact 2 business weeks....Have you got a email from them saying they sent it??? I had this with my sons cpu within 4 days of my priority package being sent to them....
