CPU <-> PS

What spec on a power supply applies to whether it has enough power for the CPU,
+3.3V, +12V, etc.?

I have this CPU:

but I am thinking of upgrading to a faster one.
Which number on the CPU specs correspond to a PS?

CPUs are powered by means of the 12V rail if memory serves.
