i have an xp1600 on a soltek sl75drv2 (kt266a). when i first installed it the clock freq was at 1.06 ghz. i tried bringing it up to speed but the highest i can get it is 1.12. if i try putting it at normal speed my comp doesnt start up. whats going on?????
 
It is running at 100 MHz Front side bus speed right now.
Bump the FSB setting in your motherboard directly to 133 MHz, and all will be happy.
