CPU problem?

I can?t get w2k3 to install on this, when the computer reboots after the first part of the install it keeps continuously rebooting. I suspect it may have a flaky CPU so is there any software like prime95 that runs in DOS? Or what else should I look for?
 
Sounds like it pukes when it tries to use your video card in 2D graphic mode....

have another you can try in it's place?

Also might want to try clearing your BIOS settings and load failsafe defaults.

Only stress test I know of under DOS would be memtest86+. If it works, you know you have a good memory controller, CPU (well, some of it) and RAM.

yeah right when it goes into 32 bit mode. I thought about that, its onboard video. I will try memtest86. thanks
