CPU power consumption by eXtreme Power Supply Calculation

Since this seems to be an interesting topic i thought we could have a bit of fun.

Please post your recommended PSU wattage and most importantly your CPU wattage. Most of us know this site but i never saw a thread on this (apologies if it was posted before)
I left CPU utilization and System Load at default
Also, i'm not saying this is anything conclusive or scientific, it's just for fun.

FX rig - 623 Watts recommended PSU / 189 Watts CPU alone
i7 rig - 552 Watts recommended PSU / 146 Watts CPU alone

Both overclocked

I7 870 stock with HD 7850 they say 306w minimum 356w recommended. My max power draw at the wall is 210w.

I5 3570K at 4ghz with HD6870 they say 334w minimum 384 recommended, 91w for cpu. If I uncheck the overclock they only drop by 2w. I've not measured power consumption of this machine.

So they must have left a generous contingency so that you never run into problems.
You have very good systems when it comes to consumption.
