CPU package power and GT cores power?

I'm using HWinfo to monitor my hardware, and I see a "CPU package" sensor and a "GT cores" sensor. Does the wattage from the GT cores factor into the CPU package or do they combine to make the total wattage?

I read "CPU Package" as "GT Cores + IA Cores + Memory Controller + whatever else is on there"

Ooh, i read it wrong. It's IA cores, and CPU package. I was wondering how the cores were only using 10w. My bad.
