CPU overheating problem help please

What exactly is the problem? Just that it may be overheating is a touch vague. What is it installed in, how is it installed, is the fan running OK, have you checked to make sure all the pins are securely in, etc.?

Your CPU's heatsink is not properly attached. Remove it and re-attach, follow the Intel direction carefully.
