CPU or Mobo Problem

I have a P4 2.6 533 FSB, with a Supermicro P4SBA+ Mobo w/ 845i chipset and 1GB PC133 RAM, and Win2K SP4. I have had this set up working for some time.

For the past couple of weeks, my computer would load up to the Win2k Boot Logo, then when it should switch to the desktop, the screen would blink out and lose signal, and keyboard and mouse, are not responding (not that I can see anything on the screen)..but the PC is still on and running. Well, its gotten much worse, and now I cannot work almost at all without the system doing this. I have run a BurnIn Test on the system CPU, memory, drives. I also used HDClone to try another harddrive. I have also tried different cables. I have tried taking out my 2 512MB RAM and made sure that it was either of my RAM. I even checked the chip to see if there were any burn marks on it.I am kind of at a loss here. Anyone know something I could try to use to test the Mobo. Supermicro doesnt have anything on the site to test Mobo's, especially mine is now no longer supported. I was going to upgrade my system, but slowly, this is really bad timing.

Sorry for the lengthy post, I just wanted to provide enough info for anyone that might be able to help out.

Thanks,

I had actually swapped out the PSU originally, thinking that was the problem. But it has not made a difference.
