CPU or GPU PhsyX

hey guys, what would be better to select for PhysX processor:
CPU or GPU
Specs:
Intel P55 Chipset, Core i5 750
4GB DDR3
EVGA GeForce 9800GTX SSC

no cpu can handle full hardware level physx smoothly so leave it on auto just like it recommends. also your 9800gtx is a little too weak to handle graphics and physx in some games like Batman and Cryostasis. in games like those you will need to just leave the advanced or high settings physx off from within the games menu.

You don't have to turn it off. All you need to do is to balance out between having better physics or graphics.

Here's what I do, I'll enable PhysX on my GPU if the game supports it. Then check if the game runs smoothly on your desired resolution or detail level. If it doesn't, disable PhysX on your GPU and try again. If the game still runs badly, you might be better off leaving PhysX enabled on the GPU for that game. And lower your details settings and/or resolution.
