CPU + Mobo temperatures without fans

When I had two fans in my case, my temperatures were:

CPU ~ 36
Mobo ~ 32

But now, after taking out 2x90mm fans, mainly to cut down on noise, the temperatures are:

CPU ~ 42
Mobo ~ 36

Is that a comfortable level for it to be at?

Should I add one fan?

yes, you should have fans.

i am hoping at least you have a fan on your HS for your CPU

Forgot about that, I still kept a fan on the HSF and the northbridge

Should I keep it without the two fans? As it is much quieter
