cpu load program?

I need to test my cpu under load and need some well-known freeware utility to load it up. I'm not using Sandra because even if you loop it it still doesn't use your CPU continuously and I'd prefer not to run any of the Folding/other dc programs. Can anyone recommend a good utility that everyone (except myself) knows about?

Two step process to get out.

1) Kill Internet connections
2) Uninstall application or Format C:

Ok I downloaded and installed Prime95 and chose the "torture test" option using the "in place large ffts (maximum heat, power consumption, some ram tested)". my cpu temp doesn't seem to be going up much though and my mouse pointer isn't lagging like it would while running sandra's cpu burn-in test. Am I doing something wrong?

I think Prime95 defaults to using a large percentage of your memory. This can cause your computer to swap to disk if you have any applications open, thus reducing the load on your CPU. You can change this under the CPU options.
