cpu idle Legit?

I tried cpu idle and it seems to work well. Has anyone registered it and is it legitimate? Just trying to make sure I won't be getting ripped off if I send the guy 20 bucks. Any advice?
 
I use it on my K6-3 machine. Without it, this thing crashes almost every 5 minutes 🙁 .. so yeah, i'd say it works wonders!
 
I use Rain as well. It drops the CPU temp, as measured witha thermistor placed against the edge of the slug, by about 7 degrees C. Well worth it, when I'm not gaming or running SETI, I think.
