CPU Identification Programs for DOS?

I'll be installing a large batch of Semprons 2800+ for a client. I suspect that a lot of the CPUs that she bought will be 64-bit enabled. I would like to be able to run a program from a floppy (or bootable CD-ROM) that can identify if the CPU is 64-bit. CPU-Z works great, but needs Windows environment.

So I was wondering if someone can recommend a utility similar in functionality to CPU-Z but that can be run from DOS.

Thanks!
