CPU HSF

I recently purchased an 3.2Ghz P4, and have a question concerning cooling. I currently have a Vantec (TMD) and my temps are usually 42C idle, and 49C after heavy use. Are there any recommendations for another HSF that might lower my temps? I am running XP Pro, and my case has 5 fans: 2 intake(front) 2 exhaust and 1 side intake. Any recommendations or preferences would be greatly appreciated !!!! I am using Arctic Silver Ceramique as my thermal paste.

Those temps are fine. Tidy up the wiring in your case. Make sure you have proper airflow in the case. If the hot air coming off the cpu can't get out all of your temps will be high.

Oddly enough you probably would have had better temps with the stock HSF.
