As far as cooling of the CPU goes, is the zalman line still a head honcho or has someone else taken over. I have a tuniq tower 120 atm but upgrading my computer to build the fiance a computer. So might as well upgrade my h&f and use the tuniq on hers
 
Tuniq is a strong cooler. Upgrading from there would be a Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120 (aka TRUE) or Prolimatech Megahalems. A Noctua for a little quieter ride. Soem benchmarks:

There's a recent thread around here about Zalman heatsinks and their place in the world. General consensus is that they're very pretty, but not quite in the same league as they used to be. I hear good things about the cnps9900 but it gets pretty loud.
