CPU/GPU Stress Testing Software?

I'm getting ready to build a new system, with a new case that is just coming out. A couple people have requested temperatures from around the case, at both idle and load for different components.

Is there a program that can provide the load (I assume idle, you just run nothing) portion of this stress testing, on the CPU alone, GPU alone, and then both CPU and GPU together?

What is the name, and also, location of the program(s)?

Thank you.

Thank you. I tried searching for Prime95, but couldn't come up with a link that wasn't in another language (strange). Those are the two I've heard the most about, so I'll probably use those two. I think these will do just fine as far as raising temps. I will probably take a reading after running them for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. That should give enough time to stabalize, don't you think?

for gpu, u can just run timedemos in some intensive games (doom3, hl2, etc.) along with 3dmark, aquamark, etc.

Thank you all for your suggestions. This has been a great help to me in finding software that a lot of people use.
