CPU Fan Help please!

My socket 7 cpu fan died so I ordered a new one, the one that came in has three connectors that go to the M/B. however I don't have that connection. Is there a way to slave it into the old style power connector.. and which wires do I splice? thanks

 
Go to your local B&M pc shop and ask for a 3pin to molex (powersupply) connector.
