I live in Australia, and summers definately here.  It's averaging >30C most days, and my computer isn't enjoying it.  During the day, my CPU fan (stock HSF) will be spinning continuously at ~5800rpm.  I presume this is the max speed.
Since I live in Australia, PC modding gear from larger companies, like Zalman and ThermalTake, are easier to find and cheaper to buy than stuff from smaller, more specalised companies like Thermalright.
The Zalman CNPS9500-Led and Thermalright XP-90 both seem good choices, but in the forums people tend to favour the XP-90 because of cost. But I've found the 9500 for the same price as the XP-90 (w/o fan).
My question: Should I get the Zalman 9500?
