CPU Cooler: Will Phanteks PH-TC14PE fit with my RAM?

I have a 4770k, and obviously it produces ALOT of heat, s I plan to upgrade form the worthless stock cooler, to this the Phanteks PH-TC14PE. I know it'll fit into my case, the Thermaltake mid tower GTS 10. But I'm wondering if my "high profile" ram from corsair vengeance the one with the heatsinks will be a problem. I have 2x4GB sticks.

I have a Asus z87-A motherboard if that helps. and my hd 7850 is just directly below.

Its hard to tell from the blurry pictures. Phanteks states that your RAM should be between 32.92mm < height < 40mm to allow clearance. The variable range is because the fan placement can be adjusted. Take a ruler and measure the height of the RAM sticks relative to the plane of the CPU heatspreader. This will give you the height measurement to know if it fits.
