CPU Burn in??

Well getting a new cpu and MB from my fav fedex guy tomorrow, and I was wondering on the opinions of burning in the cpu. Should I at stock speeds for a day? I am not looking for the l33test over clock, just want to get a little more out of the a64 2800+ with dfi nf3 lp 250gb ....

If you're just going for a little boost I say start right away. The only thing I've read that there's some evidence that a burn in time helps is ram.
