Today my assistant comes in and I notice he's wearing a class 2 vest on top of his class 3 jacket,.. No biggie,. we don't need class 3 hi vis. His jacket isn't zipped and I see he's wearing a hi vis vest under his jacket. A little later in the day it starts warming up and he takes off his jacket and I notice he's wearing a hi vis shirt...

Every five years I get a nice shiny new one and feel like a noob. I am decidedly less careful with it for a few months. Oh did I toss that harshly over there and get a scuff? Darn

Haha, and then you have the execs, they show up with a brand new hard hat, wearing a suit so they can pose in front of an industrial construction project for a photo op. "We did this, we're proud!" They have no clue what any of it does.
