LOL! Reminds me of my girl who got a symbol on her dashboard that looked like a tire and she didn't know what it meant.

me - "So what did your manual say that light meant?"
her - "umm, lemme see. It says 'low tire pressure', what doe that mean?"
me - "you have low tire pressure"
her - "but what does that REALLY mean and do I need to take it to the shop?"
me - *facepalm*

My parents just had that light come on. They had no idea what it was. 🙁

Until relatively recently tire pressure monitoring systems were not a feature of the majority of cars. There's nothing wrong with not recognizing a warning light that you've never seen before. There's a reason why cars come with an owner's manual that explains those things. 😉

This doesnt surprise me. Ive known alot of people that neither know nor care what their odometer reading was.

Makes selling used cars easy I guess.

what is that number?

oh, goodness factor

wow, goodness factor of over 150,000!

"It's the experience counter. That means the the car is highly experienced in it's operation."

XP+? Can I increase it's gas milage skillz?

Think about the chaos a stoppage in oil and gas would cause, even a six month cutoff? Society would crumble and millions would die because most folks are like this lady, totally oblivious to the workings of their world.

I've seen people rolling around on dead flat tires, and not long ago saw a newer car with in a parking lot with a tire that was just the beads. Not even the sidewalls were left. There were no signs of a tire near either.

WTF
"Wow, this car is a piece of crap, haven't even had it two years and it handles like shit."

Yeah I know but my mom claims she read the manual and my dad just doesn't care enough to read it. He says everything is just too advanced for him lol.
